Recount confirms Henri Brooks, Miska Clay-Bibbs won Democratic primaries for County Commission
The Shelby County Election Commission’s recount of ballots from the May primary for Shelby County Commission District 11 confirmed Miska Clay-Bibbs to be the winner. (Daily Memphian file)
The recount requested by two second-place finishers in the May primaries and approved by the state Democratic party’s primary board did not change the certified results.
