DHL seeks tax incentive with unnamed partner
DHL Supply Chain is seeking a six-year payment-in-lieu-of-taxes incentive for a $4.8 million warehouse, operated by a third party at 6401 E. Shelby Dr. (Submitted)
DHL would not name the third-party client it would partner with but said the customer is not based in Memphis or Shelby County.
