Firefighters’ association offers reward for information on deadly fire

Memphis Fire Department Lt. Jeffrey Norman died and three other firefighters were injured in the July 18 blaze. A ‘Sea of Red’ parade of firetrucks is planned for Sunday in Norman’s memory.
