UTHSC Dental College will ‘Give Kids a Smile’
Give Kids a Smile Day is an annual volunteer event dedicated to giving children free dental services. In 2023, UTHSC College of Dentistry volunteers provided $29,365 worth of free dental care to 82 middle and high school students from Freedom Preparatory Academy in Memphis. The event will provide free dental services to children who need them while giving dental students the opportunity to interact with patients and build clinical and interpersonal skills.
