Southaven plans new connector road near Landers Center
The project was first proposed by Wendelta, a subsidiary of Carlisle Corp. that operates the company’s Wendy’s franchises including a nearby location at 465 Church Road W. (Patrick Lantrip/The Daily Memphian file)
A new city road connecting Venture Drive and Pepper Chase Drive will help alleviate traffic from the nearby Landers Center, Southaven officials say.
The DeSoto County city’s Board of Mayor and Aldermen voted Tuesday, Aug. 6, to approve right-of-way dedication for the connector just south of Church Road.
