Credits roll for Black Lodge, but owner is hoping for reboot
First came Black Lodge, the original video store in Cooper-Young that became a home for cinephiles in Memphis.
Then came Black Lodge 2.0, the entertainment hub in Crosstown that still rented movies but transformed into so much more.
Now, movie lovers are hoping for Black Lodge 3.0, as news spread Tuesday, Aug. 13, that Black Lodge at 405 N. Cleveland St. will be shutting its doors after this weekend.
They may be in luck.
