It’s the third day of the trial for one of the men accused of killing Adolph Thornton Jr., better known as rapper Young Dolph, in 2021. MPD Lt. Ma’Hajj Abdul-BaaQee as his first witness and TBI investigator Michael Garner testify for the state.

Once an intern, he never left, joining the staff full-time in 2022 as an education reporter.
