DeSoto County Schools updates electronic-communications policy
DeSoto County Schools recently updated its policy regarding in-person as well as electronic communications.
The district’s virtual-communications policy limits how far employees can engage with students and sets guidelines on public engagement.
According to the policy, “Ethical and professional behavior requires that DCS employees show consideration and respect whenever using computers or electronic communication, technology, devices or resources.”
