Appeals court dismisses rape kit lawsuit against the City of Memphis

The Tennessee Court of Appeals has effectively dismissed the decade-long rape-kit backlog lawsuit against the City of Memphis.

Once an intern, he never left, joining the staff full-time in 2022 as an education reporter.
