The Grizzlies are in the play-in. Who will they face?

The Memphis Grizzlies will finish the NBA regular season Sunday against the Dallas Mavericks and then will play again Tuesday in the Western Conference’s 7 vs. 8 play-in game.
Who will they play? And where will the game be held? That’s what’s at stake, and all that’s at stake, as the regular season concludes Sunday.
With a Memphis loss to the Denver Nuggets on Friday night and a win by the Golden State Warriors against the Portland Trail Blazers, the Grizzlies are now locked into the play-in game, and likely as the road team. There’s only one scenario where the Grizzlies would host that game: If they win Sunday alongside a Minnesota Timberwolves loss.
