Lenox Office Park listed for sale
JLL listed the Lenox Office Park for sale as collateral to an unpaid loan of $21.7 million.
The property has seen financial turmoil recently after a 10-year fixed-rate loan with an original principal amount of $24.2 million was sent to special servicing in January 2024 after a payment default, according to the listing.
