The Memphis Redbirds defeated the Jacksonville Jumbo Shrimp (Triple-A, Miami Marlins) with a final score of 6-5 in game five of a six-game series on Saturday afternoon, April 19 at AutoZone Park.
Designated hitter Masyn Winn homered in his first two at-bats in the second game of his MLB Rehab Assignment. Winn finished the day 2-for-5. Shortstop Jose Barrero hit his second home run of the season in the sixth inning.
