Memphis Grizzlies wing Jaylen Wells received word that he made the NBA’s All-Rookie First Team this week, but that news was secondary to a more satisfying piece of information.
According to Jaylen’s father, Fred Wells, his son has been cleared with no restrictions to return to the basketball court.
Jaylen Wells broke his wrist and suffered a concussion during a scary fall in a game against the Charlotte Hornets in late April. Wells had a cast on his arm, then moved to a more protective brace.
