The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation’s crime lab in Jackson, Tennessee, will have two scientists dedicated to DNA and ballistics testing exclusively for the Memphis Police Department.
Memphis City Council member Philip Spinosa and state Sen. Brent Taylor announced the agreement Tuesday, June 10.
