Germantown Station sold
Local real estate investor Ranjit Komeravelli bought Germantown Station, a fully-leased 12,000-square-foot retail center at 1217-1227 South Germantown Road.
Komeravelli bought the property for $2.6 million from Germantown Station LLC, H.J. Trulove LLC, J.L. Stafford LLC and M&L Germantown LLC, according to records with the Shelby County register of deeds.
