Short-term rentals like Airbnb and Vrbo have transformed how homeowners rent their properties, but they’ve also sparked debates among neighbors and hoteliers.
Recent legal actions against “party houses” in Germantown and Collierville have also heightened scrutiny on the regulations governing this growing industry.
Ordinances and zoning laws have been implemented to curb inappropriate or illegal uses of short-term rentals as officials attempt to balance neighborhood safety with property owners’ rights.
This game follows some of the conventions of Wordle. You get six tries to guess each individual word. If a letter on the keypad turns yellow, the letter is in that specific word, but it’s in the wrong spot. If it turns green, the letter is in the right spot. If it turns gray, it’s not part of the word.
But unlike Wordle there can be any number of words or letters.
Good luck!
