Main Street will soon get new banners
“Pole banners are widely used in major cities to reinforce identity, welcome visitors and attract investment,” according to the CCDC staff report. “The Main Street Mall has not had banners along its full length in more than five years, making this investment an important step forward.” (Patrick Lantrp/Daily Memphian file)
Four designs will be displayed on the Main Street Mall and will highlight and celebrate the city’s identity.
