Memphian Hotel in Overton Square gets a more timeless look
A building permit application was filed on Monday for the construction of the Memphian Hotel at 21 S. Cooper. The hotel will feature 107 rooms, rooftop bar and dining, a ground-floor restaurant on the northeast corner at Trimble, and a fitness room on the southeast corner nearest Hattiloo Theatre. Developers have changed the architecture of what will be called the Memphian Hotel in Overton Square. The latest look appears more timeless, with fewer contrasting colors.
