Whitehaven Starbucks building sold

A Wyoming-based real estate investor bought the 2,300-square-foot Starbucks at 1173 E. Shelby Drive for $2 million. 

According to deed records, Keith Jorgensen, through affiliates JTP Grand Avenue and Bueller Enterprises, bought the site that has a 2023-built Starbucks at the corner of Elvis Presley Boulevard and East Shelby Drive.
