M&M Enterprises and Belpointe REIT selected for fairground redevelopment effort
The City of Memphis announced Tuesday its intention to award the agreement for the private development portion of the Fairgrounds Redevelopment effort to the team of M&M Enterprises and Belpointe REIT.
