Germantown Board of Mayor and Aldermen updated the suburb’s alcoholic beverage sale policies Monday evening, Jan. 12 — relaxing the rules a little to align with state law.  

The board discussed the changes in a work session last year, so there was little discussion during Monday’s consideration, as many of the elected officials’ questions were previously addressed. During a December public hearing, no residents spoke regarding the change.
