Live stream: City of Memphis winter weather briefing

The City of Memphis will host a news conference at 9:15 a.m. Friday, Jan. 23, at the Office of Emergency Management, 2668 Avery Ave., lower level.
The news conference will be streamed on the City of Memphis’ social media channels and local news outlets. The Daily Memphian stream will start playing once the City of Memphis stream begins.
