It appears more and more college football players are entering the NCAA transfer portal each offseason.
Some players enter because of lack of playing time. Others enter for more lucrative financial opportunities. In some cases, coaching staffs might usher players out the door, or players enter the portal just because it wasn’t the right fit for either party.
