Grizzlies owner Robert Pera says team will retire the No. 11 jersey of traded point guard Mike Conley. Meantime, the team continues to use that trade with Utah in its rebuild and waits word on whether Dallas will give an offer sheet to restricted free agent guard Delon Wright.
