Local investor sees value in ‘unleaseable’ shopping center

Gleneagles Court looked “unleaseable” just last year, a strange condition for a property with national tenants on a busy Southeast Memphis intersection.
Memphis-based Gregory Realty GP bought the 110,000-square-foot retail center at the corner of Riverdale Road and East Shelby Drive for just over $8.1 million in December.
