Prince Mongo sells historic Front Street building for $1.25 million

A Brentwood, Tennessee-based company has bought a historic Front Street property with plans to move its offices there.

DSSA Properties LLC bought the three-story building at 64 S. Front St. from A.H. of Tennessee Inc. for $1.25 million, according to a warranty deed.

Robert Hodges, president of A.H. of Tennessee, has an alter ego, Prince Mongo, who is a self-styled “alien” from the planet Zambodia. He ran for city mayor in 1991.
