Heath Riles BBQ has won the grand-champion title again at the Memphis in May World Championship Barbecue Cooking Contest.
For the first time in 42 years, the WCBCC has a back-to-back winner for the Super Bowl of Swine. The team also won first in the ribs category back-to-back.
Fireworks and applause erupted as emcee Ron Childers with Action News 5 announced the winner on the Cattleman’s BBQ Stage at Liberty Park on Saturday, May 16, ending the four-day event.
