When JEM Dining first opened, Chef Josh Mutchnick featured an order of homemade yeast rolls on the menu. Each order came to the table warm and with a side of lemony compound butter.

Each bite was soft, fluffy and comforting. This was an appetizer worth every delicious carb.

Mutchnick is frequently changing his menu, adapting to what is in season and freshest. And his divine and pillowy yeast rolls have been replaced on the current menu with an equally tasty bread: homemade pretzel rolls made the traditional way by dipping the raw dough in lye before baking.
