Stoa Group buys Bartlett land for $61 million project
Louisiana-based developer Stoa Group has bought 27.4 acres in Bartlett and could break ground on a $61 million mixed-use project as early as next week.
Operating as The Waters at Bartlett LLC, the company paid $4 million for the land last week for The Waters at Bartlett development.
