Yarbrough’s Painting LLC to pay more than $100k in back wages and liquidated damages
Yarbrough’s Painting LLC will pay $102,603 in back wages and liquidated damages to 55 employees after an investigation found violations of overtime and recordkeeping requirements of the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA).
