Belmont Grill building has new owner

The former Belmont Grill building in East Memphis has a new owner.
Jeff Dawson, operating as Nacks Properties LLC, purchased the building at 4970 Poplar Ave. for $325,000 from Vertigo Investments LLC, according to the Shelby County Register of Deeds.
