The AM/DM podcast: A year of the Memphis Safe Task Force

As of Sept. 29, the Memphis Safe Task Force has been on the ground in the city for a year.
In that time, the task force has made 13,000 arrests and violent crime has fallen 37%, although the numbers would suggest crime was already decreasing before the task force got here.
Today, we’re joined metro editor Jane Donahoe to talk about what’s happened over the past year and what we expect to see in the future.
