KPS Development Partners has applied for a 10-year tax abatement for the second phase of its new residential development on North Bellevue Boulevard.
It’s one of two payment-in-lieu-of-taxes applications the Downtown Memphis Commission’s Center City Revenue Finance Corp. will hear at its Oct. 13 meeting.
The overall Belle Mont project consists of three phases on a 2.5-acre lot in the Crosstown neighborhood.
