This weekend brings another conversion of spooky seasonal events and fall’s seemingly other favorite, cultural festivals.
Saturday is Halloween, and there are plenty of parties to choose from — including one at which you can win a hearse.
Earlier in the day, India Fest is at Agricenter International, the Memphis Ren Faire is at Overton Park and the Memphis Samhain Irish Festival is at the Brass Door.
On Sunday, the Memphis Japan Festival is at the Memphis Botanic Garden.
Also, the University of Memphis Department of Theatre and Dance is performing “Rent” this weekend.
Newsletter editor Bianca Phillips is here and we’re talking through it all.
