Shamichael Hallman is senior library manager for Cossitt Library and is helping to oversee its renovation. He is also community engagement coordinator for Reimagining the Civic Commons initiatives in Memphis.
On Jan. 2, 2020, work to renovate Cossitt Library will officially begin. The project is scheduled to be finished in late September.
