    April Alley seeks DNA testing to exonerate her father, Sedley Alley, who was executed in 2006 after being convicted of the 1985 murder of Marine Lance Cpl. Suzanne Collins in Millington. Sedley Alley confessed to the crime, but later said the confession was coerced.
