Germantown police are investigating fires in Germantown’s medical-office area. Police said they are being investigated as intentional.
The fires at three offices of Washington Credit and Tax Solutions were set Feb. 5 and Feb. 7 and one was captured on video.
Catilena “DC” Collier, 22, was arrested Monday, Sept. 26, according to a press release issued by the Memphis Fire Department.
The Memphis Fire Department said they are looking for a 21-year-old woman named Catilena “Delina” Collier. She is described as a white female with colorful hair.
The fire department is looking for a suspect named Delana Collier, who also goes by the name “DC.”
Since June, the MFD has responded to eight different fires in a neighborhood on the eastern side of Coro Lake.
