The Mid-City Memphis project has new plans, including four more areas of development while also removing one high-rise building and the planned 16 townhomes from the project outline.
The $500 million to $700 million Mid-City Memphis development will include a 260,000-square-foot hotel as well as office space, multifamily housing, age-restricted housing, townhouses, retail space and a 500,000-square-foot parking garage.
The application includes the outline plan for Mid-City at the former Racquet Club of Memphis site.
The development will be called Mid-City Memphis, referring to the site’s location at the “geographic and population center” of the city, according to the letter of intent filed.
