“It’s coming along really well,” said Bart Thomas of City Construction and Development LLC, who oversees the worksite. “MLGW pushed us behind a little bit with getting electricity run, but we have that going now, and it’s looking (like) we should have a completion order on Building 1 by July 1.” (Mark Weber/The Daily Memphian)

Overall, Phase 1 of Lakeland Town Square will include 138 flats and 21,200 square feet of commercial, as well as amenities like a clubhouse and pool for residents.
