Timber company gets PILOT to move HQ to Cordova
Portugal-based MSS Steel is opening its first U.S. facility at 4129 Outland Road. The new facility will be a welding and pipe manufacturing hub along with possible wholesale of ore, according to the PILOT application. (Valentina Petrova/AP)
Portugal-based MSS Steel and Ubique Group were also approved for PILOTs by the Economic Development Growth Engine for Memphis & Shelby County.
