42-acre site on President’s Island earns ‘Select’ certification
The President's Island greenfield site is adjacent to the Canadian National Railway on President's Island and has easy access to the Port of Memphis, the fifth-largest inland port in the nation. The site is only the second in Shelby County to be certified since the state began the program in 2012 to promote strategic properties for development.
