Memphis has an affordable housing shortage, but a new program will help reduce it

A new Shelby County and Alliance for Housing Progress initiative aims to reduce the affordable housing shortage in Memphis. 

The Emerging Developers Academy in November will provide mentorship, training and assistance to 20 local developers in creating and delivering affordable housing.
