2 men electrocuted at xAI’s Southaven power plant

Two men working at xAI’s Southaven power facility were electrocuted in the wee hours of the morning Sept. 12.

One of the men, a 23-year-old, remains in stable condition in a local hospital, according to a hospital spokeswoman. He remains there 53 days after being “severely electrocuted,” according to a Southaven Police Department report.

The other, a 36-year-old, sustained minor injuries after he pulled his colleague off what was described as a live wire.
