In a Memphis market that spits out football franchises, Hound Dogs think they have a product that will work

As James Fisher Jr. has made the rounds throughout the city in recent weeks, reaction has been mixed when he tells folks what he does.
Fisher is general manager of The Arena League’s expansion Memphis Hound Dogs, the latest in a long line of minor-league football teams trying to make it in a market that tends to chew them up and spit them out.
“Listen, I’m gonna be very transparent: It’s kind of up and down,” Fisher said about how Memphians have responded so far. “You’ve got some people who are like, ‘Hey, I’ll pray for you.’”
