Hollywood Feed announces Memphis layoffs

Hollywood Feed employees were met with a notice June 1 that the company was laying off 20 corporate positions.
The pet-supply store, which employees more than 1,400 people nationwide, described the layoffs as a “proactive restructuring” in preparation for changing market conditions.
The layoffs were limited to the corporate office, which is based in Memphis. Retail staff was not impacted.
