City seeks approval for Memphis Fairgrounds Planned Development
In addition to ‘a convention center for sports’ it will include mixed-use Village District
The city seeks approval from the Land Use Control Board for a new 200,000-square-foot sports and events complex and a 700,000-square-foot mixed-use development of retail, restaurants, hotels, entertainment, commercial office space and multifamily residential.
