Plans for new Regional One campus move forward as price moves up

Regional One Health is moving forward with its plans to transform The Commercial Appeal’s former 16-acre campus near Downtown Memphis into a more than $1 billion full academic medical center.
It will replace Regional One’s aging campus on Jefferson Avenue with a modern facility at 495 Union Ave., which has sat vacant since the newspaper left in 2019.
