Mixed-use development coming to Olive Branch
“It’s not car-centric, and that’s where I consider it begins to become mixed-use,” said Shawn Massey of The Cascades. “It will be very walkable, like The Lake District or Silo Square in Southaven.” (Houston Cofield/Daily Memphian file).
The Cascades will resemble developments like The Lake District in Lakeland and Silo Square in Southaven, a broker with the project said.
