The Memphis area’s third Urban Air, which bills itself as an “indoor adventure park,’’ is coming to Southaven.

The entertainment venue featuring trampolines, go-carts, mini-golf and a lot more will fill the 33,860-square-foot building vacated by hhgregg at 6680 Southcrest Parkway in Southaven Towne Center.

The 670,000-square-foot shopping center is just southeast of  I-55 at Goodman Road.

Robert Sloan and Dustin Jones of The Shopping Center Group represented Southaven Towne Center owner CBL Properties in the lease transaction signed this month. Ed Thomas of Colliers International represented Urban Air.

Urban Air also offers indoor sky diving, climbing walls, laser tag, bowling, rope courses, obstacle courses, dodgeball, foam pits, a video arcade and café.

The entertainment business joins other major tenants in the 13-year-old shopping center, including Dillard’s, Gordman’s, JCPenney and Bed Bath & Beyond.

Urban Air also operates in Cordova at 704 N. Germantown Parkway and in Collierville at 10337 E. Shelby Drive.
