MSS Steel seeks 10-year tax break
Portugal-based Metalogalva group is seeking a 10-year Fast Track PILOT for its MSS Steel Tubes USA LLC facility at 4129 Outland Road. The new facility will be a welding and pipe manufacturing hub along with possible wholesale of ore, according to the PILOT application. (Valentina Petrova/AP)
